Tiered commission, defined scope, non-circumvention, neutral governing law.

A transparent agreement with tiered commission structure (lower rates on larger volumes), defined territory and scope, non-circumvention with finite tail period, audit rights, and a clear dispute escalation pathway. Commission invoiced from either our Ghana or Delaware office to accommodate forex requirements.
